The Missing Dimension of Every Schlemmer Collection (From Archive to Experience)
Museums around the world preserve Oskar Schlemmer's designs, costume studies, and photographs. Yet precisely the central element of the Triadic Ballet remains largely invisible to visitors: the experience of one's own body in space.
THE TRIADIC BALLET – DIGITAL closes this gap. The installation translates Schlemmer's vision for the first time into a permanently accessible, interactive educational medium and supplements existing collections with a dimension that neither display case nor wall text can provide: direct personal experience.
Why Museums Should Present This Installation
The work becomes comprehensible because it becomes experiential: Visitors no longer simply read about Schlemmer's ideas—they experience them. Through a standard webcam, movements are transferred in real-time to digital Schlemmer figures. The visitor becomes part of the spatial choreography that Schlemmer understood as the core of his work.
Educational value instead of technology showcase: The installation conveys central Bauhaus themes such as the relationship between human and geometry, body and space, and the interdisciplinarity between art, stage, and technology. This creates a customized educational offering for permanent exhibitions, special presentations, and digital educational concepts.
Completely barrier-free and inclusive: Since contactless tracking operates purely through the webcam's visual detection, the interaction functions without restriction when seated and for wheelchair users. Cultural mediation thereby becomes low-barrier and physically accessible to all target groups.
Developed for Museum Operations
No wearables, no supervision required: No controllers, no headsets, no sensor suits. The system operates entirely contactless. It requires no additional staff supervision and eliminates any hygiene concerns during continuous operation.
Vandalism-resistant and autonomous: The sensitive hardware (standard PC and projector) is completely protected and mounted out of visitor reach—on the ceiling or in housings. The webcam remains the only robust interface in the space.
High throughput without queues: While individual visitors actively interact, a fascinating visual performance simultaneously unfolds for the surrounding audience. This increases time spent in the space and actively prevents impatient queuing.
Curatorial benefit & Technical specifications: Supplements existing Schlemmer collections (potential among approximately 120 museums...

The Interactive Pop-up Installation for the Festival Crowd
Between two live acts, the strongest moments emerge at a festival. During these pauses, visitors don't simply want to wait—they want to discover, interact, and be entertained. RE-IMAGINING: SCHLEMMER transforms open spaces or lounge areas on festival grounds into a permanent, interactive live performance.
The Ultimate Traffic-Stopper
Visitors become performers: The crowd sees itself on a monumental projection surface—not as a simple video image, but transformed into a giant, futuristic Bauhaus figure. Each movement immediately generates a generative live-visual set. The effect is immediate, intuitive, and extremely captivating.
The festival's content hub: The visually spectacular, geometric bodies set against loud festival sound are the perfect generator for user-generated content (TikTok clips, Instagram Reels, festival photos). Visitors stage themselves and carry the festival's branding en masse into digital networks.
High throughput, collective show: The system solves the capacity problem of festival experiences: One person or small group performs actively on the floor—ten to one hundred people watch and celebrate the emerging choreography. The installation thus functions simultaneously as an active experience and as a passive show.
First-Class Sponsorship Asset for Cost Recovery
For festival organizers, the installation is scalable at zero cost or profitably: The massive projection surface offers a prominently placed, extremely high-quality sponsorship space for festival partners. Sponsor logos can be harmoniously, digitally, and in authentic Schlemmer style integrated into the visual background activity. An invaluable argument for the brand activation team.
Festival-Friendly Infrastructure
The setup is absolutely weather-, dust-, and vandalism-resistant, since tracking operates entirely contactless via a protected standard webcam. No controllers that get lost or end up in the mud.
Requirements: Standard PC, webcam, high-brightness projector, connection to the audio system.
Space: Flexible from 5×5 to 10×10 meters.
Logistics: Setup time: (TBD) hours / Breakdown time: (TBD) hours.

From a Cultural Project to a Global Experience Infrastructure
The Triadic Ballet is not the product. It is the proof of concept. The actual innovation is a proprietary real-time software platform that transforms people into interactive, digital characters using only a standard commercial webcam—without wearables, without sensor suits, and without expensive specialized hardware. We reduce implementation costs for interactive content to a minimum of (TBD) euros.
The Technological Double Moat
1. Proprietary Rigging Algorithm: Our software translates imprecise, two-dimensional webcam data in real-time and with zero latency into complex, abstract 3D body structures. A technological barrier that makes expensive motion-capture suits obsolete.
2. The Music & Curation Moat: The visual and technical implementation in space can today be efficiently realized through modern artificial intelligence (AI). What AI still cannot automatically generate, however, is the perfect, synesthetic interplay with custom-tailored music and its precise, emotional creation. Human curation, precise sound design, and the exact synchronization of rhythm and geometry represent our most difficult-to-replicate core asset (IP).
The 3 Phases of Scaling
Phase 1: The Global Culture and Events Market (B2B)
Market entry occurs via the world-renowned IP of the Bauhaus (The Triadic Ballet – Digital). Target customers are approximately 120 Schlemmer museums worldwide, special exhibitions, and international major festivals.
Monetization: High margins through rental models, software licensing, maintenance contracts (TBD), and content extensions (TBD).
Phase 2: The White-Label Platform (B2B SaaS)
The actual billion-dollar asset: Our Unity and tracking infrastructure is completely brand and genre-agnostic. New figures, new music, new genres—with exactly the same software platform. We license the engine as a white-label solution for global brand activations, corporate events, fashion weeks, or as interactive live visuals for international pop and electronic acts (example customers: TBD).
Phase 3: Consumer Expansion (B2C Gaming & XR)
Transfer of technology to the mass market. Rollout as an interactive rhythm, dance, or fitness game for PC, consoles (PlayStation/Xbox), and as a native mixed-reality experience for standalone headsets (Meta Quest / Apple Vision) utilizing in-app purchases and digital skins.
Investment Highlights
Software-first model: Extremely low marginal costs (TBD), since no proprietary hardware needs to be produced or maintained.
Recurring revenue: Transformation of a project-based market into a scalable platform model with predictable license SaaS revenue.
